AMD64, Linux and Windows

I have an ASUS nForce3 motherboard with an AMD64 processor. The problems with AMD64 architecture my motherboard are different for Windows XP, Windows XP 64 bit, and Linux 64 bit (Fedora Core 4 test 2) Fedora Core doesn't seem to support my SATA RAID and with 64 bit linux, lot's of little things, like a 64 bit flash plugin for 64 bit firefox are missing. Windows XP 64 bit version doesn't have many of the drivers that are available for the standard 32 bit edition, like video and, again, RAID. Windows XP pro (32 bit) is perfect! Well, except that it's a 32 bit OS on a 64 bit architecture. At least I can play games on it!
