Cygwin's SSH problems on Windows

I've run it on at least two completely separate Windows XP installs on one machine, and now on my new machine, and still get this suspicious problem. If I reboot the PC, the ssh service starts, but immediately disconnects ssh sessions. I restart the service, and voila, problem solved. I've googled and checked the Cygwin site, but no answers. I did find a similar problem on google, but no answer. Hrmph...

I've installed the same way, now, on an old laptop. This system has no issue starting ssh on startup. Odd. Maybe it's a software combo I'm running on the other systems.
