Revolutionary Gun Engine?

Here's a link to an article about the gun engine.  Sounds like a radical new design that has a revolutionary potential. Time will tell, though; but only regarding the success, not the usefulness or superior design questions. I imagine this is likely to get crushed if it is a truth and works.
